Pronouns: she/her
Experience: I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University and my master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University. Throughout my training and early clinical experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, major life transitions, and trauma.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities – including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), among others – to meet clients where they are and support them in their healing journey.
Hear from Elle: I believe you are the expert of your own story. My role is to hold space with empathy, curiosity, and care, so together we can explore what healing, growth, and alignment look like for you.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, dancing, reading, and spending time in nature!
Favorite Part of Anew: I love being part of a team that’s passionate about working together to provide progressive and effective care, while going the extra mile to support each individual’s unique healing journey.
